The camp also facilitated extensive research on cardiovascular risk factors in urban populations, which resulted in a recognized NHRC journal publication. Dr. Anil's online campaigns, particularly on Facebook with over 1.4 million followers, have transformed public health education, especially benefiting Nepali migrant workers and underserved populations during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through the Dr. Om Foundation, established in 2023, Dr. Anil has launched impactful programs such as anti-smoking campaigns, school health initiatives, and scholarships for underprivileged students. The foundation also provides essential resources, including warm clothing for marginalized communities and food for orphans and the elderly. Notable works like his book "Jiwanta Sambandh" have supported these charitable efforts, with proceeds funding health education and humanitarian projects.
Dr. Anil has also championed free telemedicine services for Nepali migrant workers, CPR training for security personnel, and skill-building programs for healthcare workers and journalists.
